Lala Boudette is proudly based in Canada. At this time, we ship exclusively within Canada. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing & Shipping Times

• Processing Time: 7–10 business days to prepare your order before shipment.

• Shipping Time: Once shipped, orders typically take 5–10 business days to arrive.

• All orders are shipped via UPS.

• A tracking number will be emailed to the address provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Responsibility

• Lala Boudette is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once they have been shipped.

• If tracking information shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact UPS directly.

• Customers who purchased Route Protect at checkout must submit any loss, theft, or damage claims through Route’s platform, as their package is fully covered.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for paying additional shipping fees. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order.

• You acknowledge and agree to our policies, including our no-refund policy.

• Once an order is submitted, changes cannot be made.

• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

• You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet shipped. Please contact Customer Support to request this refund.

• For items valued over $80, we strongly recommend choosing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping assurance.
